Data controller

The DUDUKIST team handles enquiries to help select an instrument and answer questions. Data enquiries: info@dudukist.ru.

Data and purposes

We use your name, phone number, enquiry topic and any selection answers to respond to your enquiry. Do not provide payment, identity-document, medical or other people's data. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Legal grounds

Consultation enquiries rely on separate consent. Data necessary for a contract requested by you or its performance may be processed on the corresponding legal basis. Article subscriptions require a separate opt-in and are not created by submitting an enquiry.

Article subscriptions

When you subscribe below an article, we store your email, language, source article, date and accepted consent text in a separate reader list. Your email is used for new articles and useful Dudukist emails until you unsubscribe. To unsubscribe, withdraw consent or delete your address, email info@dudukist.ru. Authorised staff receive an internal subscription notification with your email and source article through MAX and email. A service for sending newsletters to readers has not yet been connected.

Processing

The site server stores the enquiry, receipt date, request ID and consent version. Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, use to respond, correction and deletion.

Access and processors

Only people handling the enquiry receive access. Hosting, email and other processors must be reviewed before connection. This release does not use Web3Forms for enquiries or provide for cross-border transfer of enquiries.

Retention

Consultation requests are retained for up to 90 days from receipt, or until the purpose is fulfilled or consent withdrawn earlier, unless another lawful basis applies. Contract and statutory records have separate legal retention periods. Deletion procedures must include copies and processors.

Your rights

Request access, correction, restriction, deletion or withdraw consent at info@dudukist.ru. Provide the contact used in your enquiry and your request. Only necessary verification information may be requested. Requests are handled within statutory deadlines.

Technical data

Your browser stores the chosen theme. Video blocks with a cover load an external player after you press Play; lesson players may load immediately. The main domain uses Yandex Metrica to measure visits, referrals and submitted enquiries. It receives technical browser, device, IP address and page data and may use cookies. The site does not include names, phone numbers or form answers in Metrica events. When available, the Metrica visitor identifier is saved with your submitted enquiry to identify its source. Security and changes

Enquiry access is restricted and files are kept outside public site directories. Launch requires HTTPS, protected accounts and backups with defined deletion periods. The policy version is shown on this page; changes to purposes or services require an updated policy.
