Harutyun Artemovich Khachatryan was born on 20 June 1993 in Gyumri, Armenia. He has played the duduk since the age of 9. He graduated from the Komitas Yerevan State Conservatory.

Harutyun has an unforgettable sweet timbre. Every performance of his is a blend of high professionalism and warmth. His melody plays in the soundtrack of the American film 'The Promise'.

He collaborates with the ensembles SEVEN EIGHT BAND and Authentic Light Orchestra, with the singer Sevak Khanagyan, and with Melitena.
